Jennifer Hawkins helped to launch the Lovables lingerie collection. I would have loved to see Jennifer in lingerie too. Since she was the M.C., she wore a very proper dress that was equipped with fake shoulder pads. Pads denote power and Jennifer looked good in her position of power, as she took charge of announcing the lingerie models. They were all beautiful models but my favorite was the one wearing black.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Ladies and gents, here’s your chance to get “Intimate” with Jessica Simpson.

The blonde bombshell is set to release her own lingerie line, Jessica Simpson’s Intimates, according to Women’s Wear Daily.

“I like different lingerie for different occasions. I think that’s the best thing about it. You can feel sexy or girly depending on your mood,” Jessica told WWD. “It is the first thing you put on. If you start with something that fits correctly and is comfortable and fashionable, it will only complement your look.”

The line of bras, underwear, sleepwear and daywear is slated to hit store shelves and online retailers in Spring 2009.

The new venture is the latest in Jess’ fashion portfolio, which already includes successful shoe, sunglass, swimsuit and handbag lines.

Jessica Simpson’s Intimates could generate about $30 million in its first year, WWD noted.

One obstacle Jessica hopes her new line will overcome is unsightly panty lines.

“That is why I am including, in my collection, a stylish assortment of shapewear that women will love,” Jessica added.

One of my biggest interests is working out. I try to go 3 – 4 times per week. But, when I say “working out”, I don’t mean spending half an hour on the treadmill (far too boring for me!). I love weight training which I have been doing for the last 3 years. I find it quite hard to gain and maintain my weight naturally, so up to now weight training is the only thing that has worked for me.

Don’t let the blonde model image fool you – I am a bit of a geek in disguise! When I eventually get time to watch TV, I just love documentaries – animal planet, discovery, Civilisations, and science channels. I am a great researcher too, I will make sure every stone is uncovered if I am trying to find information on anything! I’ve always had a great interest in Egyptology, I just love the mysticism of ancient cultures. I also love anything to do with Space and whats going on out there – it’s a shame most people don’t even think about the vastness of our universe, it’s so mind blowing!
