She’s a humanitarian, a business woman, a talk show host, and now, for the second year running, Oprah Winfrey can once again boost her resume with the title of “Most Powerful Celebrity,” according to a new survey by Forbes magazine.

Oprah was given the title again by the money mag, which ranked celebrities based on their earnings over the last year (a whopping $275 million for the TV queen), along with press clippings, Google hits, television mentions and magazine covers.

Golfer Tiger Woods took second place with his earnings of $115 million, while Angelina Jolie took the third slot, despite earning a-small-by-comparison $14 million, according to Forbes.

Beyonce and her $80 million in earnings for the year (from June 2007 to June 2008) netted her a fourth place ranking. Her music mogul husband, Jay-Z made the list too — in seventh.

In between the couple were David Beckham, who placed fifth, and “Pirates” star Johnny Depp who grabbed sixth.

Reunited rock outfit The Police, were a new entry on the list. The trio, fronted by Sting, took eighth.

“Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling nabbed the ninth spot thanks to the $44 million the book series’ final installment, “Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows” earned since its release last July.

Angelina’s partner, Brad Pitt, rounded out the top ten, thanks to the attention he receives for being part of the celebrity supercouple and his box office takings.

Other celebrities in the top 25 included Will Smith (11), Justin Timberlake (12), Jennifer Anniston (17), Simon Cowell (22) and Jerry Seinfeld (25).

The cast of “Sex and the City: The Movie” reunited April 24 on The Oprah Winfrey Show, four years after waving goodbye to the hit HBO show with the chat show doyenne.Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Chris Noth all joined Oprah in the studio for the episode, which will air on Thursday May 1. “I am excited — excited is like a flip-flop to a high heel. Like it doesn’t even describe [it],” an upbeat SJP told Winfrey of the hype surrounding the hotly-anticipated movie.

“[The reunion has] been such a blast,” added Cattrall, offering little fodder to fuel the rumors of an ongoing feud between herself and Parker.

In fact, filming the movie was such a blast that Chris Noth has already told Extra that a sequel could be in the works.

“I imagine if it made a lot of money, they’d want one. I don’t know where Sarah [Jessica Parker] stands on that… it’s sort of up to her. I’m just riding her coattails,” he told the show.

Oprah Winfrey went there with Tom Cruise.

I can exclusively report that Ms. Winfrey’s upcoming interview with Cruise includes questions about Scientology, his verbal smackdown with Matt Lauer on the Today show and, yes, the infamous couch jumping incident.

Winfrey actually revealed these details herself during this weekend’s Las Vegas taping of her joint interview with Tina Turner and Cher.

And that isn’t all Winfrey shared.

The first of the two-part Cruise one-on-one has already taken place at his estate in Telluride, Colorado, Winfrey said. “Oprah said Tom gave her a ride on a snowmobile,” one Vegas audience member told me. “She also said that Katie and Suri were there for the interview, too.”

Before the Cher and Turner taping at Caesars Palace, a member of Winfrey’s entourage hit the stage to ask everyone not to repeat anything they were about to see or hear. “She had everyone repeat in unison, ‘What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas’ several times,” my source said.

Come on, O! Did you really think everyone in the audience of 4,000 or so was going to keep a lid on it?

The Telluride segment is set to air on Friday. Then on May 5, Cruise will return to Winfrey’s Chicago studio nearly three years after his couch jumping fiasco. So why so much Cruise? It’s the 25th anniversary of his breakout movie, Risky Business.

As for Turner and Cher, that segment airs May 8.
