George Michael gave Dr. Phil McGraw a little tough love at his concert Wednesday night at the L.A. Forum.

“I probably shouldn’t say this, but it’s very me. Dr. Phil is here, and in the sea of faces he has this miserable look – he’s been doing it for the last hour,” the British singer said from the stage at McGraw, who was in the audience. “Maybe you need to see someone about that.”

A source at the show described the jibe from Michael as “very playful.”

Still, after Michael reprimanded Dr. Phil for scowling, many of the fans booed the TV counselor.

“He was a good sport about it,” said another observer.

McGraw wasn’t the only celeb ready to go-go at Michael’s show. Others who caught Michael on his current tour include Sharon Stone, Bo Derek, Lisa Rinna, Corey Feldman, Pink, Randy Jackson, JC Chasez, Cyndi Lauper, Kathy Griffin and Jonny Lee Miller with his fiancé Michelle Hicks.

A rep for Michael had no comment.

Rapper 50 Cent served his former girlfriend, Shaniqua Tompkins, with a $20 million defamation lawsuit on Friday outside a Suffolk County, N.Y., court, for allegedly making offensive and false statements about the hip-hop star.

Following a fire on May 30 which burned down a Long Island home owned by 50 Cent (real name: Curtis Jackson) – in which Tompkins was living with their 11-year-old son, Marquise – Tompkins made defamatory statements, according to Jackson’s court documents, accusing him of “trying to kill” her and their son by setting the fire.

“It’s simply not true,” Jackson’s attorney, Brett Kimmel, told PEOPLE. 50 Cent was in Louisiana filming the movie Microwave Park with Sharon Stone at the time of the blaze.

Despite the defamation suit, Tompkins – who on Friday was granted a temporary order of protection against Jackson by the judge – repeated the sentiments for which she’s being sued to PEOPLE outside the Long Island courtroom.

“He always threatened me,” said Tompkins, who filed suit against 50 Cent earlier this year, alleging he promised her the house – valued at $2.4 million – over a decade ago. “If someone threatens you on Monday and you jump out of a second floor window on Friday, that’s the facts, you decide.”

50 Cent’s attorney also filed a visitation petition alleging that since the fire, Tompkins has been deliberately preventing the rapper from seeing his son in part by not revealing their new place of residence, in direct violation of a court order from last June.

“She’s completely cut him off from his son,” says Kimmel. “The trouble in the relationship is driven by the anger and hostility that’s coming from her.”

But Tompkins says she won’t reveal where she and Marquise are staying to Jackson because the fire “was a threat on my life. This is my child’s life. This is our lives.”

Both Tompkins and Jackson – who was in Canada during the June 20th proceedings – are due in court the morning of July 17 for another hearing. In the meantime, though local fire department officials have deemed the house fire “suspicious,” they have not yet ruled it arson, and an investigation is ongoing.

Seeing Sharon Stone’s 50-year-old breasts reminds me of when I was in college and me and a group of friends would pay a visit to our local porn shop and rent movies that we’d watch collectively as a group. Not to get off, but to laugh our asses off. “Clown F^ckers” has got to be one of the weirdest ones we ever saw.

But one of the worst pornos I ever saw on the store shelves was an entire section dedicated to senior citizens getting it on. Every time I think about it I shudder. What kind of person gets off watching an old smelly nutsack and saggy tits getting it on? But I guess if you were in porn your entire life that was bound to happen. It’s not like they were going to join their local church and start prayer groups.

Which brings me to my point. I’m all for female empowerment, and I believe 40 is the new 30, but shouldn’t there be a point when over-the-hill woman should put their tits away? I mean, I have a pretty filthy mouth, but I barely show any cleavage now and I’m only 25.

And it’s not just about the tits. A couple months ago Sharon showed up at a Make-A-Wish ball wearing no underwear and showing her landing strip. Ta-cky!

Lindsay Lohan Pregnant - In Next Film: Lindsay will be strapping on a faux baby bump for her upcoming project, “Labor Pains,” Variety reports. The actress will reportedly play an assistant at a publishing house who fakes a pregnancy to avoid getting fired. Let’s hope life doesn’t start imitating art on the set of this film.

Brad’s Artful Purchase: What do you get Angelina Jolie for her birthday? If you’re Brad Pitt, apparently more than $50,000 worth of art. Brad was spotted shopping at Switzerland’s Art Basel fair Tuesday, Us Weekly reports. He reportedly bought two bronze chairs designed by Max Lamb, each costing $25,000. Soon the couple will have six kids and only two bronze chairs. Everyone at the Pitt-Jolie house better know how to share.

Sharon Stone’s Second Apology: Maybe no one heard her the first time or maybe people were still too upset to listen, but Sharon Stone is apologizing for her remarks about the China earthquake for a second time, People reports. “There have been numerous reports about what I said in Cannes,” the actress said in a statement Wednesday. “I would like to set the record straight about what I feel in my heart and end all of the misunderstandings. Yes, I misspoke. I could not be more regretful of that mistake. It was unintentional. I apologize, those words were never meant to be hurtful to anyone, they were an accident of my distraction and a product of news sensationalism. I am deeply saddened by the pain that this whole situation has caused the victims of the devastating earthquake in China.”

Audrina To Heidi: Don’t Get Married Yet!: “Hills” star Audrina Patridge thinks Heidi Montag needs to chill out her inner-bridezilla and think twice about rushing down the aisle with boyfriend and manager Spencer Pratt, Us Weekly reports. “I think she’s still young, and I just feel like she shouldn’t get married right away,” she told the mag at the Dodge Challenger Celebrity Drag Race in Rosamond, California, on Tuesday. “They should be together and see if they can actually live together for a year without fighting. Once you are married…you’re married.” And yet another nugget of wisdom from “The Hills” cast.

Audrina & Lauren Still Friends?: In more “Hills” news, and not to spoil any of the upcoming cat fights when the MTV show returns for another season this summer, but when Audrina was asked if she was still friends with her roommate Lauren Conrad, she told Us Weekly, “Ummm….yeah.” And Audrina hopes to be an actress?!? She better work on ability to tell a more convincing lie. Bring on the semi-scripted reality show drama!

It seems as if the movies weren’t the only things getting bad reviews at Cannes.
Sharon Stone made some uh…interesting…remarks Thursday to Hong Kong’s Cable Entertainment News at an event during the Cannes Film Festival.

China is now considering a boycott of the actress’ films (as of right now- two this year and two next year) of her comment last week that the recent devastating earthquake. The quake, which right now has resulted in at least 65,000 deaths, Stone claims is just karma in response to the government’s controversial policy against Tibet.

Her remarks triggered anger across the Chinese-language media and were called “inappropriate” by the founder of one of China’s biggest urban cinema chains, who said his company would not show the Hollywood star’s films.

Stone, a prominent supporter of the Dalai Lama and Tibetan rights, told one reporter, “I’m not happy about the way the Chinese are treating the Tibetans because I don’t think anyone should be unkind to anyone else.”

“And then this earthquake and all this stuff happened, and then I thought, is that karma? When you’re not nice that the bad things happen to you?”

Did she forget that China has a potential audience population of ONE BILLION?!

Yikes.

Stone better be careful or else they will build a ‘great wall’ against her.

Madonna’s Chanel handbag sold for almost half a million dollars at a charity auction at the Cannes Film Festival on Thursday.

The pop superstar handed over the black alligator-skin diamond bag she had taken to the amFar Cinema Against Aids benefit in the French resort, complete with most of its contents, including lip gloss “that actually touched my lips”; lip balm; a mirror and throat lozenges.

She removed her two cell phones, insisting, “I’m not going to give up my Blackberry and phone because that’s too expensive for you.”

But it still sold to a mystery buyer for a staggering $471,000 proving more valuable than even a smooch with silver screen idol George Clooney - which sold for $300,000.

Actress Sharon Stone was one of the night’s biggest givers, handing over a $100,000 personal donation and then auctioning her own vintage Porsche 911 Targa for $810,000.

The event raised more than $10 million for amfAR’s life-saving Aids research programs.

The amfAR soiree’ in Cannes was actually a fundraiser. Madonna and Sharon Stone were among the older set of celebrities who graced the event. Versace did the interior decor of the party venue. The grand ballroom housed a total of 750 VIPs and celebrities. Madonna was wearing a shiny red dress. This was one of her very rare occasions when she wore something so high necked. Her dress had a silk bow tie/scarf which concealed any wrinkles at the neck.

Over the Hill actress Sharon Stone reminded us why she became famous over ten years ago. Sadly, she’s forgotten that her snatch isn’t as tight and young as it once was. No one wants old, rotting fish!

Alas there is no flesh in these shots, but it’s quite revealing all the same. In all honesty, she looks resembles Ken. As in, Barbie and Ken. Not a good look.

Anthony Michael Hall can hardly wait for the ban to be lifted on his discussing “The Dark Knight” plot and his mysterious role in the hugely-anticipated “Batman” flick — which, as he told us a year ago, he’s legally prohibited to do having signed a confidentiality agreement.  However, “I can tell you this: It’s the biggest movie of my career.  I can’t wait for people to see it,” says the actor who rose to fame as a Brat Pack teen movie star, put in six seasons starring in “The Dead Zone” — and plays a cult member who masterminds an airline hijacking in this Saturday’s (5/24) “Final Approach” thriller on the Hallmark Channel.

He says making the July 18 release feature was an experience of a lifetime.

“Basically, we shot in Chicago and London.  Heath Ledger, who obviously isn’t with us, sad to say, did a great job.  He plays the Joker.  I worked with him and with Christian Bale a lot.  I had the most fun with Gary Oldman. I really was honored to work with Gary and to spend some time with him. We have a lot of mutual friends. We would joke and talk about everything but show business.”

As far as filmmaker Chris Nolan, Hall feels, “He did a great job reinventing this Batman franchise by making it darker. I think the consensus view of the previous films was that the franchise had gotten out of control, that it was a little bit goofy and over the top, especially in the Joel Schumacher versions.  But what Chris Nolan did was brilliant. He started by hiring Christian Bale, a British actor who, by the way, according to Chris, was the first actor through the door. Then surrounded him with other great actors — and I just feel so honored to be considered worthy to be part of the company.”

MEANWHILE: Dean Cain plays the FBI agent who has to contend with Hall’s twisted bad guy and his threatened nuclear destruction in “Final Approach,” which also stars Lea Thompson, Ernie Hudson, Tracey Gold and Richard Roundtree.  Cain also has the family movie “Ace Of Hearts” newly out on video, and the big screen “Five Dollars a Day” comedy with Chris Walken and Sharon Stone in the can.  “I’m one of the folks that Christopher Walken and his son (Alessandro Nivola) encounter along their way.
Everyone gets conned,” says Dean.

He tells us, “I’ve been enjoying mixing things up lately.  It’s been interesting with the writers strike and what projects are going and not going – having everything slow down for awhile, then speed up, then slowing down again with the possible actors strike.”  He’s been making the most of the hurry-up-and-wait pattern in the industry of late.  “I’ve had some nice down time with my son.  He goes to school three minutes away” says Dean, referring to his Malibu home.  “He visited the ‘Final Approach’ set one day, but he’s six years old. He’s seen enough of my movies shooting.  If something’s not exploding, it’s not that fun.”

THE INDUSTRY EYE: The “Reno: 911” police department will be doing their bit for the war effort in an upcoming episode – in their inimitably skewed way, of course. “Clemmy and Deputy Garcia help train some Iraqi soldiers to use weapons and other things they might need to know,” reports Wendi McLendon-Covey, who plays promiscuous Dep. Clementine “Clemmy” Johnson on the Comedy Central show returning for its sixth season Thursday (5/22). “We think we’re doing some really good training and end up with egg on our face, as per usual.”

Meanhwile, McLendon-Covey is the celebrity spokesperson for Cops4Causes, a non-profit organization whose mission is to bring together members of the law enforcement community to raise funds to help those in need. This year seven deputies and police officers will ride 545 miles from San Francisco to L.A. to raise money for the AIDS pandemic. “They’re having a kick-off party in Los Angeles May 22 at Eleven Nightclub and Restaurant with legendary disco diva Martha Wash performing,” says McLendon-Covey, who first began working with Cops4Causes a couple of years ago. “I hosted an event for them in Ventura, CA, for the Special Olympics.  They were cops really reaching out to the community.  It was really inspiring and I told them ‘I’ll do whatever you want, whenever you want. THE SMALL SCREEN SCENE: “Suite Life on Deck” — the upcoming spinoff of The Disney Channel hit ‘Suite Life of Zack & Cody” — will not just have a new location, but new faces report stars Cole and Dylan Sprouse.

“Some regulars are leaving, and we have some new regulars coming in,’” says the irrepressible Cole, whose revamped show debuts in September.  “Ashley Tisdale is gone because she is busy doing ‘High School Musical 3.’ And our Mom, played by Kim Rhodes, will be gone because we are schooling on a ship now.” So we won’t see either of Zack and Cody’s parents? “A-parently not,” quips Cole, adding everything else on the show is “very much the same, except they’re really aging Zack and Cody.”

Sharon Stone sure knows how to get people to pay up.She was a guest auctioneer at Elton John and David Furnish’s Oscar gala benefiting the Elton John AIDS Foundation. And while coaxing one fella to bid $1 million for a 1971 Stingray Corvette donated by her family, Stone sneered, “Don’t be a p–sy!”.Sir Elton joined Stone onstage to try to get even more money for it. “Elton and I will sing a duet,” Stone joked.

Better yet, John announced, “I’ll take my trousers off.”

Also up for bid was a rare black-and-white print by the late photographer Helmut Newton. X-Men: The Last Stand director Brett Ratner bid first with $150,000. When bidding hit a high of $900,000, the auctioneer pleaded with Ratner to go for a million. “You have the money,” the auctioneer said.

Ratner didn’t bite.

Around 9:50, John started the night’s performance with “The Bitch Is Back.” Here’s what else went down…

A maybe pregnant Minnie Driver moved closer to the stage, swaying back and forth with a male pal. If she’s expecting, her Empire-waisted gown hid her bump well. (My gossip cohort Hollywood Party Girl reported earlier that when Driver was asked on the press line if she was going to be a mommy, she simply answered, “No comment.”)

At about the same time, I saw conservative media baron Rupert Murdoch and his wife, Wendi Deng, checking out the Chopard jewels on display. One of the many gays at the bash told me, “God, I was so tempted to trip him.”

John’s performance continued with surprise duets, including Jack Shears of the Scissor Sisters and Mary J. Blige.

Sitting at the head table with Stone, designer Donna Karan was suddenly but playfully accosted by a man in a gold shirt and tight black pants. He jumped on a chair behind her and started dancing, and he ended up gyrating against the back of her head!

More stars, like Tom Wilkinson and Jeremy Piven, arrived around 10:30. And then came Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart. They were escorted to a spot not far from the stage, where they danced arm in arm to John and Blige singing “I Guess That’s Why They Call It the Blues.”

Heidi Klum was a late arrival, along with hubby Seal. She’d changed from the red John Galliano dress she wore to the show into a metallic minidress.

Then Prince made his entrance—with three women. They immediately took a seat on the couch, surrounded by four security guards.

The very last celeb I saw make it in was Best Actress winner Marion Cotillard. She and her friends were taken to the couch where Prince had been sitting and toasted with champagne. She had to have been in heaven, don’t you think?
