Taylor Swift is hosting MTV’s Total Request Live for this week. She wants to promote her program, “Once Upon A Prom.” She cracked a joke about losing her microphone while on the set of her show. She said she was going to try to tape it to her hand. Taylor chatted about her experiences living in New York. She had culture shock because people living in the East Coast were very busy and impatient to get to places.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Taylor Swift will be lending her star power to Miley Cyrus’ big screen treatment of her beloved Disney character, according to reports.
The country cutie is slated to make a cameo in the upcoming “Hannah Montana: The Movie.” Taylor will reportedly film a scene that takes place in a bar.
“Miley Cyrus is awesome. I love her so much. She is so incredibly funny and sweet!” Taylor said of the “Hannah Montana” star during an appearance on NBC’s “Today” show Monday.
“It’s fun to get to see her because we both have been on the road constantly, and with us both in Nashville now, it will be cool to get to hang out with her,” the country star added.
“Hannah Montana: The Movie” is schedule to debut in theaters in 2009.

Both Taylor and Kellie Pickler were big winners in the 2008 CMT Music Awards in Nasvhille on Monday.Taylor won the biggest award of the night while Pickler took home three trophies.
Taylor’s video for “Our Song” won both Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year, while Kellie won Tearjerker Video of the Year and Breakthrough of the Year for “I Wonder.” Kellie also won the Performance of the Year award for her live performance of that song on the Country Music Awards (CMA) broadcast on ABC.
